Hi All,

I had a flat in Exotica Eastern Court. Today I went at the site of Exotica; there I met an old man standing just near Exotica site office. He said that the land near the Exotica site office belongs to Nagar Nigam. This land is nothing but a part of Exotica project, just in front of Tower C. As per old man, Nagar Nigam is making there office in that land. I myself seen the finishing work happening in one of the small building (there are 2 small building aside Exotica site office). He also said that there will be no dumping ground, and insist of dumping ground there will be school for below poverty people and residential colony for poor people.

If any body has any update regarding this, then please share.

 

Also, Exotica flat owners please come forward. Exotica management is doing cheating with all of us. They have sold the project by showing that land as a part of their project. Now Exotica representative is saying that land doesn't belong to them. Not even this Exotica representative says that he himself was not aware of this.

I saw some construction happenign in proposed dumping ground field. Do anybody have any news about it, please share.
