[CROMA] Commercial activities within crossings societies: Threat to security

 

Hi Rajeev,
 
Thanks for raising the flag.
Even if someone agrees to pay for commercial activities within societies, it is a security threat for our families. Any outsiders can easily walk-in the society and cause threat.
 
Ideally any outsider (including vehicle) should not be allowed inside the society. All commercial activities should be thrown out of society premises.
For commercial activities there are shops available outside societies (like galleria & many more coming up).
 
However any commercial activity if allowed by RWA should be meant for use of that society residents only.
 
Any better views on this?

commercial activities in crossings

Dear friends can any body Pls. elaborate what comes under commercial activities as per R.W.A guidelines.

There are many flats which are fully rented out to outsiders for running play-schools,hospitals ,path-labs, real-state offices. whereas they are meant for living.

Whereas as some residents are living in there flats & simultaneously running beauty parlours,tuitions & boutiques.

Are fully rented flats running commercial activities, paying any thing to ...crossings management or someone else


outsiders running commercial activities have no liability  whatsoever, as compare to residents residing in the society
