Hey Guys,
Anybody booked a flat in paramount symphony orchid tower. The builder is already given the possession letter indicating the possession date 1st August 2012. I have personally visited the orchid tower. Seems that is nowhere possession worthy. The common area is not complete even 30 %. There is no lift. The builder is not paying any penalty for the period. In the agreement the possession date was June 2012. The actual possession will be given in September.
