Hi Amit,

It would be better, if we can figure out some names (those who are interested to take this connection) from each society and let Kamal Sing know the same. 
I hope each society has its own local yahoo group.  We can drop a mail there and identify some more names. I hope people are desperate to take this connection.

I spoke to Kamal Singh from BSNL and he said that he gave 50 forms in Mahagun and he only got back 2 filled out. He is saying that we need at least 10-15 form from each society to get the lines laid. He was not sure about intercom connection.

Bsnl has started providing landline with broadband in some of the society.

In prateek its already operational, Ph connection became operational in my flat in Arihant Ambience on wednesday, hopefully broadband will also start in next week.
