That's what ppl need to understand, I don't see any negative in that in fact I feel that the infra development will profit CR resident also as well, the only issue in CR is connectivity (apart from minor teething issues) and if the same resolved (B+ve) this will be the best planned city!

एनसीआर प्लानिंग बोर्ड ने नोएडा एक्सटेंशन में हो रहे निर्माण को मंजूरी दे दी है.
इस निर्णय से इस क्षेत्र में हो रहे निर्माण कार्य में पैसा लगाने वालों को राहत मिल गई है.
नोएडा एक्सटेंशन में फंसे करीब 50 हजार लोगों को फ्लैट मिलने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है.
