Just to inform you that as informed by our Advocate Mr. Praveen Kumar that letter of adjournment is circulated by Advocate of GDA on the ground that he is not well and suffering from viral fever and further requested some more time to file reply. Also Ansal's API Ltd. Advocate has circulated letter of adjournment for filing rebuttal to the reply of GNN. Therefore we are not briefing any Senior Advocate nor we are going for any conference with Mr. Amit Sibal as we decided . So no question of any fee or payment to any Advocate for this hearing.
As letter of adjournment is circulated today and copy of the same to provided to our Advocate Mr. Praveen Kumar therefore matter will simply get adjourned on 17th. After 17th hearing will decide our next strategy depending upon the order and time granted to file reply by GDA and time granted to Ansal's for rebuttal or date fixed for the next hearing.
Copy of reply filed by GNN is provided to us . I will go through the same and wait for reply of GDA till the next hearing.
@ Hi Sudhir, no need for any payment to any Advocate as of now.
