[CROMA] Fw: Need urgent information... Pls help

 


Dear CROMA members,
 
I of my relative has bought a flat in Dreamland Willows opp G7, Main gate in Crossing Republik. Yesterday they recd the possession latter from my builders and he has demanded the following charges from him. Pls advise if your builder has also charged the same.For Mahagun I know that they have not charged any charges mentioned below other that the Meter Charges which were Rs.12000/-
 
1. Storm Water Connection Charges - Rs. 10,450/-
2. Sewar Connection charges - Rs. 37,620/-
3. Electric Meter Charges - Rs. 45000/-
4. Sub Station Charges - Rs. 120000/-
 
These charges were not where mentioned while allotting the flat. And now they say these charges are FORCED by Crossing Infra.
 
Request an urgent response.
