[CROMA] Need urgent information... Pls help

 

Dear Ganesh,

Apart from Meter Charges which were only Rs.12000/- no other charges were asked by Mahagun.

Dear CROMA members,
 
I have my flat in Dreamland Willows opp G7, Manin gate in Crossing Republik. Only today i recd the possession latter from my buinders and he has demanded the following charges from me. Pls advise has your builder also charged the same.
 
1. Storm Water Connection Charges - Rs. 10,450/-
2. Sewar Connection charges - Rs. 37,620/-
3. Electric Meter Charges - Rs. 45000/-
4. Sub Station Charges - Rs. 120000/-
 
These charges were nor where mentioned while alloting the flat. And now they say these charges are FORCED by Crossing Infra.
 
Dear Sirs, need your kind response on the same.
