I have a 2BHK in Paramount Symphony, which would be available from 1st of July.
There is not woodwork. Lights and fans are already fitted.
I am not too sure about current market rate for rent. Its a 1425sq ft 2BHK+S.
Park+road+swimming pool facing, warm in winter, cool in summer sun-facing.
