Agenda of the Meeting
· Discussion on CRCC Team formation and association with all AAO/RWA/CROMA/ Adhoc Group
· Discussion on Task listing for Dasehra Cultural Mela and process to move forward
Points of discussion
· First priority given to space allocation for which appointment with CIPL top management will be taken and discussed about the matter in a day or two.
· Preference of location ranked in sequence as 1.Golf Club , 2. Green Belt ( Between Panchsheel and Ajnara) 3. Old Venue
· Information to residents through notice board is urgent. Soon a design will be shared online.
· To connect with all RWAs/ AAO / CROMA - Saroj Aunty with her team will coordinate on the matter and will update the team within two days. In the mean time, all the preparations will be proceed as planned
· To generate fund for activity, stall booking , sponsorship work will be assigned to third party marketing agency.
· Basic Principles of bylaws of CRCC shared for discussion and it is attached, amendment /suggestion will be incorporated in the next meeting.
· 50% of core team planned to be dedicated to female members in the core team
· To get connected with society RWA group-mail ID's needs to be collected to mark mail to all residents.
· Training of Kids started from today and next day regular daily training will start from coming Friday i.e. 13thSept'13 from 4 PM to 6 PM at same venue of Round About.
