Hello CROMA,
My one suggestion is to have "Maa Durga Jagran" one night during Dussehra, and especially singer for Jagran should be called who is famous for Jagran so that people of Crossing love to attain/spend night in Jagran. Along with our own desire it also depends how much singer is having hold to gather people for jagran.
