Hi,
There has been a big error in most of the meters in GH7 which i had already complained to the management long back in july still follow up going on.....After the new charges implemented in july my house meter showing wrong charges and if i ask for bill from maintenence ppl they give a bill for last month with correct consumption units. till 200 units charges are 4.15 inr and then 200- 500 units charges are 4.67 inr, but my meter changes its rate from 1R to 2 R on 3rd of every month irrespective of units consumption. that means idealy i dont use 200 units in 3 days but still meter start charging 4.67 inr per unit after 3rd of every month......Vibgyor ppl informed me that this error is with most of the people so v r jus taking reports but still no resolution for it. may be u r also facing the same problem kindly chk ur meter and do follow up with the vibgyor ppl. Well daily maintanence for 1270 2 bhk is 89 inr with 1 kva back up.

Standard daily maintenance chgs for a 1270 sq ft flat will hover between 90-100 rs. The rest is for electricity. I think ur electric consumption is high.

Hi!
Can someone from the group throw some light on the maintenance charges at GH-7?
Is there an increase in maintenance charges??
I am paying Rs-180 per day ( Including electricity) for a 1270 sq feet apartment.
