[CROMA] Electricity and Meter Charges at the time of possession in CR

 

Hi,

Requesting CR residents to provide details of different charges builders have asked to pay at the time of possession.

Electricity Meter Installation
Electricity PER KVA charges
Maintenance Charges etc

I come to know that different builders have their own story on these charges. These are not fixed across the builders even though electricity charges are governed by UP government (as per my understanding).

Please respond as this will give a clear picture of amount and variations.
