Recently, I was using Airtel Broadband in Sec-62 Noida and I shifted to Crossing in May Start. But Airtel didn't transfer my broadband because this area was not coming under their Service. So they closed my connection.

I don't know if any one is using that in crossing. Earlier I was using Airtel broadband and when I moved to crossing I surrender that connection because airtel internet was not available in crossing. However in March I received call from airtel office and they confirmed me that now airtel broadband is available in crossing and I can get the connection any time. But I put that on hold because my datacard is working fine. You can check directly with Airtel customer care.

Don't use TTPL at all, after installation, you have to chase them for each and every thing, use data card, I have also heard that Airte is coming up soon, rest is ur call.

Don't use it at all!! They are plunderers and have no customer service AT ALL. Instead try BSNL which I am using for the past 3 months and the services are good.
