Re: [CROMA] TTPL Internet Connection

 

I would like to tell you guys that for last two months TTPL services have improved a great deal since they have implemented DHCP, I have been using their services for last 1.5 years so i have noticed a visible difference in their services.


I think it is better than BSNL, based on the reviews i have read about BSNL service on this forum itself . Also the data card will not work properly due to week signals.

Though TTPL's services are not comparable to airtel(which unfortunately is not an option in CR) but still the services are much better thn before since, my net has not had any problems for last 2 months.

Don't use TTPL at all, after installation, you have to chase them for each and every thing, use data card, I have also heard that Airte is coming up soon, rest is ur call.

Very bad after sale services, It will be better to use data card for a while ,till BSNL broadband is available.

Don't use it at all!! They are plunderers and have no customer service AT ALL. Instead try BSNL which I am using for the past 3 months and the services are good.

Hello,

I am looking to have broadband connection at my home. Since BSNL, Airtel services are not yet active in this area. Does anyone have knowledge how TTPL internet connection performance is? 

In case someone is using it, pls, share your experience.
