Perhaps our form 6 (electoral roll in LS & Assembly elections) were not submitted at all by Mr. Nagar and his team. He is just not aware that there is a huge vote bank for his party here in CR :-)
He just did for MLC graduate election cards.
You all try can doing it (ie. application in electoral roll) online. Do it before 12-March.
Go to Election Commission site http://eci.nic.in/eci/eci.html
Click "Enroll Now Become a voter"
Note:
Keep few .jpg files ready in your PC/laptop - (1) Passport Photo. (2) Age Proof ie. passport / aadhar / school certificate etc. (3) Address proof - gas connection & bill / electricity bill / bank passbook / aadhar
Since their server is slow during the day, try it after 7 PM.

I had submitted my docs in Oct 13 and since then only one message received for MLC election.
Please do not vote for Mr Ashok Nagar in MLC will be held on 23rd march 14 if our voter id card not get prepared by him.
Even he could inform that he will not able to do that job.
