Re: [CROMA] Fund Raising for DG Case

 

Please hold on for some more time.

CROMA Election is scheduled in Next month and probably membership drive will be taken forward once New Body will come in force. 

Meantime during hearing on 3rd Jan 14, another date has been given for hearing so that all respondent can file their supporting documents and Next hearing is on 21st Feb 14. Summary of hearing is as below.

  • UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

    Learned counsel for the petitioners in all the matters may serve the copy of the petitions upon the learned counsel for the respondents, if not already served. Respondents may file the counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
    List thereafter.
