Hi all,

For my friend, I need to enquire some 3-4 builders directly and found that there is limited inventory available (for ready to move-in flat) and also if available, then these are towards top floors. Further the price I got was somewhere around 3650-3900 Rs./- per sq feet.

Also, times property (last Saturday edition) mentioned crossing republic top prices as about 3300/- which is again on the upper side. So the things are going to be great @ Crossing.

Price Factor: There are some cases, wherein the owner (due to fund requirements or any other reason) may sell his/her property at a slightly lower rates. Also the prices may also be a function of builder reputation.

Further, as I have heard from dealers, noida extn is still not fully resolved and this fluctuation in pricing is due to all time big investors.

Hope this piece of information may be helpful for prospective buyers and sellers.

Yup,

Transmission line reached to Saviour campus...

Landscaping around the building is in good shape and on fast track...

Lift started...so it seems we are near to possession....

But before that we need to know one another (each saviour residents interactions on net ) and form a kind of active RWA / Team who may have responsibility to talk or interact with Saviour Team for best facilities & security for their residents.
