Dear All,
We have prepared final draft for
sending to CIPL with CC to all the concerned, in this draft
we have tried to incorporate all the suggestion
received.

This was a good suggestion to get the
letter signed by representative of different society however
practically it will be a difficult task. Looking at this we
are proposing that the main letter will be sent by CROMA to
CIPL with CC to DM, GDA and all the
builder.

This letter alongwith letter of GDA
DM will sent with a covering letter by all the
AAO/RWA/Adhoc Body to their builder with copy to CROMA, DM
GDA. and will solve the purpose of
Signatures.

Draft of letter being sent by
AAO/RWA/Adhoc Committee is also atatched herewith. Necessary
changes can be made at your end inline with this
guideline.
