Since you are in Delhi-NCR region, there is no need to transfer. You can keep your DL reg. no.

Dears,

Is there any problem in issual/acceptance of NOC from RTO while getting the registration of a vehicle transferred from Delhi to Ghaziabad?

Has anybody already done this and can share his experience on this e.g. if it is a too complicated process especially when you are getting it transferred to Ghaziabad?

I ask this because I am told due to some minimum distance limit, either the RTO in Delhi would not issue the NOC for Ghaziabad transfer and even if they issue it, there is high probability that Ghaziabad RTO won't accept it.

Regards,
Manoj

Re: [CROMA] Vehicle registration transfer from Delhi to Ghaziabad

i did it from faridabad to noida, although its transferred within a month but new number from noida was given after 1 year. you need to pay the tax again in new RTO and remember the refund from delhi RTO is not a easy task.
