Dear friends,

You need to contact your nearbyy Axis Bank branch dealing in Home loan or the branch you were dealing with till now.

0.05% of Principal + service tax will be charge for ROI conversion. Principal will remain same, tenure will get reduced.

Whom to contact - branch or executive - any numbers? also explain how much benefit?
Is 0.05% of remaining principal + service tax the penalty or would be cut from the principal.

How do we take the benefit of this scheme?? Do we need to contact the branch??? Or is there any executive's number to get in touch with.

Dear All,

Those who have taken home loan from Axis bank can take benefit of ROI(rate of interest) conversion scheme. After paying 0.05% of remaining principal + service tax, the rate of interest would come down to 10.75%. This scheme will benefit the most to those whose ROI is more than 11.5%. This will reduce the tenure significantly.
