The fact is that not even 10% traffic on pulia during peak times is related to CR ...For 90% it is just a connecting road from ghaziabad(kavinagar etc) towards noida which sometimes saves time rather than going through NH24 ... they dont even know what CROMA is ...probably 'strictly no overtaking' sort of boards on both sides of road from pulia till NE might help ...
