However, they are very particular with sending monthly bills. My landline (both for normal calling and intercom) isn't working for last 5 months but this moron service provider still sends a retroactive bill every month.

I wish to file a consumer forum case against the Dadagiri of TTPL. They have become bad to worst. They are now on the verge of ill mannerism and even abusing their customers if failed to provide uninterrupted services and not plugging back the internet too with a threat to harm you.
If anyone has been into same situation let's connect and I wish to lead this till we get them to our knees as they are playing nuisance right beneath our nose and we just cannot handle this!!
Other mishandling, monetary and customer service issues can also help us to strengthen our appeal.
