Just to add here, though there was no voting done to conclude if this group should be under CROMA or not and neither am I aware whether the people met there had the voting right to decide upon but apart from 4-5 people everyone had an opinion to have a group which is completely non political and have it's own entity. It was further discussed if we may like to merge it with CROMA in later stage as CROMA is under election stage and an interim body doesn't have the right to take these major decisions. Ironically later in the meeting all those 4-5 disclosed that they are from the current body of CROMA.

Appreciate your thought, like you I have my own though process and act accordingly. The solution suggested by you is the easiest solution to run away from the problem, somehow I don't believe in it. If some one is doing wrong they need to be stopped than & there itself instead of cribbing about it at later date.
As suggested by your if after putting effort also if I will not be able to make it right than defiantly will not be part of it.
May be my interpretation of process and thing is wrong but I am not alone who thinks like this and due to that reason the legal entity (CROMA) under which this function already happened last year has already started preparation for doing this function on their own. However we have made effort at our end to resolve the issue by requesting CROMA and CROMA President tried too but not aware any response is given to his initiative or not..
As per mail The Invite of the meeting called on Sunday @ 2 PM by CRCC is for Selection of kids. I don't know in last two meeting you were present or not but when issue related to formation of Cultural Committee was discussed no one has objected for formation of this group but majority was of view that this should be under CROMA as sub committee.
Looking at the development, I have raised below query related to arrangement, These are still unanswered.
1) Is this a private function or Social function
2) Under which legal body we will be doing this if not CROMA, whose name different approval will be obtained. What is the Reason for Avoiding CROMA.
3) Whose name Land will be taken, who is taking initiative & what is the status.
4) What is the shape of this New Cultural Body & Who are the Governing ppl of this new body
I might be wrong but silence make the belief strong that something is wrong.
As invitation for this selection process is sent to CROMA Yahoo Group hence marking this mail their too.

What is the reservation with keeping cultural committee under Umbrella of CROMA which is well acceptable by majority of Resident of this township, CIPL and Government Authority.If we will creating separate platform like this every year a new platform will get formed by group of ppl and which will only increase conflicts and differences withing residents.If CROMA does this function separately we will be witnessing two Dusshera celebration in township who will be responsible for it.Who will be accountable for mismanagement if any happen by doing this function by non leagal body, The way it is moving looks like, thought is coming that some one might have got this new body registered well in advance and now trying to rope ppl in it.In my below mail trail I have raised some concern and some one need to answer it.Regards,

I just got mail from CROMA President - Vishal Aery and he is not able to reply due to rediffmail issue and he requested me to send a mail to all.
He said until and unless you get the land of the activity, you shouldn't move forward in this regards. If the cultural program is not organizing under CROMA then CIPL will also not give the permission for the land. So please understand the fact and don't create things which is not going in a right direction. The program should not be organized in a way which will have many questions and allegation at the end and at least I myself see on footer for such activity, if it will not be moving in a right direction.
Please understand it and don't create a mess before approval of the land.
