As informed earlier Matter got Adjourned and next date of hearing is 7th Apr 14. Please find attached order copy for DG Case dtd. 3rd March 2014. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Issue fresh notice to respondent No.5 in SLP(C)NO.245/2012 and 34058/2013 returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
It has been pointed out that the counter affidavit has been filed on Friday (28.2.2014) in SLP(C)No.245/2012. The learned counsel for the
petitioner prays and is granted four weeks' time to file rejoinder affidavit.
List all the matters immediately after four weeks.
