What you suggest for this issue?
1. Panchsheel is not giving possession on time and not giving any penalty for same.
2. Instead of giving penalty they are imposing penalty due to late disbursement of bank loan which was caused due to delay in approval from GDA of the project and that's not our fault.
Please suggest?

I have also booked the flat in T2 Panchsheel and got demand letter 1 week back. As per the agreement it is delayed by 1 year but builder is not ready to pay any penalty rather they have imposed late penalty on me of 56000 which they are saying is due to late disbursement of bank loan.
How to deal with it. Your suggestion grealy appriciated.

Which floor and block is your flat? I will suggest to drop emails, fax and registry to Panchsheel informing same and mention it clearly that you will not be eligible for penalty for late payment as its yet not approved.

I am in difficult stage ,i had booked one flat in panchshweel willington uperfloor one year and half year back which is not yet approved by GDA.I has a discusison with somany bankers they they are not ready for disbursement of loan payment without GDA approval.
When i had a discussion with builder they are saying it will get approved soon .I don't know when soon will come.They are not ready to give these all details in written way.
Could you please guide if you some one is facing same problem.If yes then tell me what step you all are taking in such case.
