Which branch of SBI is providing home loans in crossing? Can you share contact number? 
The flat you have finalized is already registered or under construction?

Hello Everyone ,
 
One of my friend  has finalize the resale flat in Gardenia Square,Crossings Republic.  He is in process submitting the documents for disbusement of  loan from SBI.
 
SBI needs following document as mandatory document in order to process home Loan :
 
Original sale deed/Agreement for sale (along with approved plan and  permission for construction from the competent authority, 7/12, 7/A, 8/A extracts, records of rights, NA permission, urban Land clearance certificate and certificate from Architect/society regarding approach road/availability of water/electricity etc.)
 
Gardenia is not providing urban Land clearance certificate and SBI has made the point clear that loan will be  processed only after submission of urban Land clearance certificate . 
 
Please let me know if someone has already taken loan from SBI (for flat in Gardenia Square or any other society in Crossings ) ?  Did SBI asked them to submit  urban Land clearance certificate ? If yes, than how to get this form to get home loan processed from SBI .
