Respected Sir,

Subject: Regular daily Traffic Jam problem due to fully damaged Narrow main Road around 1.5 kms at Shahberi village , Greater Noida(west)::  Request for  Broadening and Carpeting  of Shahberi village Main road  to avoid traffic Jam on continuous daily basis throughout the day/Night

I wish to draw your kind attention that Crossings Republik infrastructure has been developed for around 25000 flats by Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) and is one of the best Master plan so exists in Ghaziabad.
 
Currently, around 15000 flats are already occupied in Crossings Republik at Ghaziabad, mostly belongig to service class people,  who are regularly commuting long distance towards Noida, Delhi & Gurgaon. In both morning & evening session, it is regular time consuming process of long waiting queue of 1/2km – 1km traffic jam (45-60mins appx waiting time during office hours),  to pathetic condition of the main road of distance of  1.5 kms,  in "SHAHBERI" village.  The condition gets more worsened during rainy days, during which  to cross this 1.5 kms takes hours together.   This Shahberi village road is  regularly used by thousands of commuters of Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida.  Shaberi village comes under Noida Extention under Greater Noida Authority .
 
This road is fully damaged due to big pot-holes, digging …etc. Apart from unauthorized encroachment by the local shops.  There is no other road to skip this route.  In the past in the name of construction of road, only temporary filling of pot holes, & concrete brick were done, which is not a permanent solution and it has again completely spoiled within a period of less than 06-months.   Hence, only the solution to cope up such regular traffic jam issue is to fully construct the TAR ROAD only. By solving this road problem, we can save huge man hours of various professionals, reduce fuel consumption, noise & air pollution… etc.

On behalf of the residents of the surrounding area, I request to draw your personal attention to take up necessary steps to resolve the traffic problem by construction of the road of around 1.5 kms in Shahberi village, which is most critical issue for Crossings Republik area.

A township is a township which has a viable public transport facility, even if all the residents are having their own car/ conveyance, if it is not it will remain a impediment for the development of the township. let us promote public transport for our township.

Till last month I was too in the list of frustrated CR residents because of the daily traffic mess I had to handle. I travel to Noida Sector-2 from CR. Though it is only 17 KMs I never reached earlier than an hour, during the peak times. Either Shaberi or backside road beyond GH7, it used to take 20-30 minutes to get onto Noida Extension road. Driving thruogh this mess was taking a toll on my knees and me. Nothing is left in you when you reach home after hustling with the peak hour traffic.

I started with car pooling first. Still I had to drive on alternate days. So, this was not a permanent solution to escape from the traffic chaos. Then, I thought of using shared cabs. I had some apprehensions like I would have to stick to a fixed time. It won't be as flexible as driving your own car. But one day I decided to give it a try as the health worries grew on me. 

From last one month, I am using shared cab. It's so convenient that I do not have to worry about the traffic mess. It's like sitting on back seat of a chauffer driven car. I don't feel exhausted back at home and can play with my kid for hours. The cab guy has multiple cabs with multiple routes and timings. So some day if I have to go early or late, it is arranged without hassle. I share the cab with 2-5 other CR residents depending on whether it is 5 seater or 7 seater. So daily we 4-6 peoples are not putting our 4-6 cars into that traffic chaos.

I would suggest whoever can take cab instead of personal car, please opt for it. It's for our better health and future. There are several cab guys plying in CR. Give anyone a try and see the change. If half of us opt for cab, you can see the difference it will make to the traffic chaos. In current situation, if any patient needs to be taken out of CR during peak hours, I can't imagine how will he be able to reach in time.

I would say it depends on the requirements and your budget or if your company reimburses the monthly charges. if someone's company reimburses the charges or if one has budget of more than 1500 per months tptl is not at all suitable/ useful. if you have limited usage and speed @light is not required then tptl is the option. i have been using tptl for last three years as i need limited usage and is a value for money proposition for me.

I guess you are not going through the responses given by fellow residents or simply ignoring all who have given you many suggestions.

I would also like to know whether you want the router for FREE from someone who is not using TPTL connection presently ??
I would also like to know why you are pressing for "only TPTL router" ?? Does TPTL manufactures wifi routers ??
As mentioned by many, TPTL provides routers available in markets, and they generally provide "TP Link routers" 150 Mbps ones.
There are many models of that wr740n, wr720n, etc.... price ranging from 600/- - 1000/-.
Or are you confusing between TPTL & TP-Link and thinking that both are same ?? and hence always asking for "TPT: routers".

Now whether you want a router from someone for free, if not how much are you going to pay ?? 200/- 300/- or more than that.
If more than that, then you have plenty of options available online stores.
