TPTL is good if you buy high bandwidth or speed connection. I am using their hassle-free Internet services since October 2012. Yes there are break downs but their executives come and fix in 2-3 hours. Previously I was using only Internet services for my desktop but three months back I bought Intex router online and got it configured thru TPTL. Now I am using two mobiles and laptop hassle-free. I renew it online and see data usage on Tptl.in. I am using 4mbps 15 gb plan. The speed is very good.
