But requesting you all to please register a separate complaint regarding network issue that will work great.
Just call on 198 to register the complaint it will not take more than 2-3 minute (call 198 à press 3à press 3 and register your complaint)  
and please note your complaint reference number or ask them to send the complaint number by SMS on you mobile.
And please send me more numbers and Complaint reference number I will follow-up on with Vodafone with all complaint reference Number.
 
Update: Today I have a discussion with Vodafone Special Cell, He (Ravindra) said the work is in progress and will be able to fix it soon but at the same time he not ready to commit the confirm the date till when Issue will be resolved. Then I asked him why should I pay 100% Bill while you are not even providing 50% of your Service. 3G network is almost not working in Crossing and even 2G is in worst condition.
In my 20 minute of discussion at last he said ok, Just write a mail we will think on Discount on your bill.
 
I know Discount is not a big deal but yes it will create a pressure on Higher management and we also have the Written document from Vodafone that he not providing the committed service to their Customers.
Let's hope for the best… J

I too have lodged multiple complaints but nothing happens. Every time they extend the date of closure and one fine day I see that the ticket is closed.
My numbers are 9899103556 and 9899670211.
I too will lodge a complain again.
