I have got below mail from Vodafone, this mail shows their inability, this mail is for Nitin but sent to my email-id and also got a SMS too on my mobile that
" We tried contacting you on your Vodafone number 9999031649, however we were unable to reach you"
so requesting you all to mail on "appellate.delhi@vodafone.com" with the answer of below query asked by Vodafone.

Its Seems Vodafone doesn't care about his existing customers, I am also following up (see Attachment) with Vodafone but till haven't got any solution from Vodafone.
hope its lot to wake up Vodafone :)

This mail is regarding the poor network services of Vodafone at Crossing Republik Ghaziabad. I have registered my first complaint in my office on 13-May-2014. Mail is attached for your reference. When i was not satisfied with the result i registered a call with Appellate Authority from there i told my problems to Ms. Rinky Singh and the reference number is 651156792 from there also i didn't get good response than i raised as escalation on this than Ms. Harsha from your appellate came in picture. Still there is no satisfactory answer from her than she transfer the case to Ms. Shweta from appellate team. She called me up on 28-June-2014 evening i told her everything and she told me to give a call on this but till date i have not received any call from her. With this mail i am attaching the list of Vodafone users in our society which i have already shared with Ms. Harsha. The solution which your network team is providing is not at all possible in Crossing Republik as you don't have Brodband services and i am raising this issue not for me but for all Crossing Republik Families.There are around 15-20 separate society in this area and all buildings are high rise buildings.
Hope to get prompt solution from your side.
