We have been living in Ajnara , Crossings for more than 1 year and we face poor connectivity
problem with Airtel network.

Yes, that is why I have forwarded this so that we can do the same.They are acknowledging
the problem but they need to resolve it on priority.It makes sense if more and more people
file complaint so that it becomes a major issue for them as well.


Also, I would suggest that complaint should be done through their email ID rather than over
the phone since that cannot be refuted.

I think it has to be combined effort from the residents of crossing to pressurize Airtel
for improving the connectivity issue.Everyone is facing the same issue, it becomes difficult
to talk over the phone when you are inside the house.



I am in Mahagun and really difficult for me to talk to anybody over the phone. RegardsAmit
