[CROMA] Re: Crossings Republik DASTAK

 

Very threatening, and we are paying mammoth amount every month in the name of maintenance and security.
Also seeing people are not much concern about this incident as only 2 emails has been exchange between the group for this whole incident.
Are we waiting for crime patrol new episode from our society itself. pls give a serious thought.

We met the guy who came in the night, he saw someone was in balcony, first he suspected that someone was trying to suicide but soon he realized, there is something serious going on. 

He got some guards and tried to catch him, but that guy surprising disappeared. Possible from Terrace.

We talked to maintenance office, but they were unable to show the CCTV recordings, they will show tomorrow. 

Lets see what we get and the guard was change last night, he wasn't the one who regularly stays in night.

Hopefully we get something tomorrow.

This has happened last night at 4:30 AM, Two Guys ring our door bell quite many times then we woke up and I opened the door but I kept Iron Gate closed. Two unknown guys were standing and they said "we live in another tower, We saw a guy entered in your house from balcony and walked from stairs." 

I was surprised, they were keep saying to check all doors and windows, I was curious I checked all of them and I said "every door is locked from inside and the main gate, I just opened so how can someone enter and left through this door".  

Those guys were unknown and surprisingly Guard was not with them. They left right after that by saying "we are trying to catch him." 

In morning I talked with Guard, and my wife talked with one of neighbors, she said yesterday only in 3 PM around a guy who was drunk ring her door bell, and her kids opened the door. he came inside and asking useless questions, like "what is the meaning of this sms in my phone and what is written on this ticket" etc. Then she brought him out and locked the door. 

Things are getting alarming, we are going to talk maintenance office and take this matter seriously. 

JUST WANTED YOU GUYS TO GET AWARE
