Just received call from Vodafone that there network team has visited CR and are aware of the network issue now. They have not committed any time frame but informed that new tower setup process has been initiated and problem will be resolved soon.

Already lodged so many complaints but they always raise questions on mobile phone capabilities.and please do mention in your further conversation that number portability is another option for us to resolve network issue.We have option to switch to some other network provider which might provide us better network.
