I wanted to share my experience with one of the property dealer in crossing Republic, Ghaziabad. Probably it will help you if required for property sell/purchase/renting.
I posted an ad to sell out my 2BHK flat in Mahagun mascot on almost all property selling sites and crossing Republic email groups.
During this period Sunil Tyagi (Property dealer) approached me for deal. First and foremost extremely polite voice, calm n composed approach. During our complete journey of selling house(Initial negotiations, money transfer, sale deed, closure activities), he listen my point of views/issues/concerns and found solution of almost all deadlock situations between me and buyer. He also gave frank, convincing, numerous wayouts to crack blocker between us (me n buyer). No matter how tough situation was, I always found him smiling, putting forward his way out/solutions. I myself at times lost control but Sunil sir was always smiling and keeping his emotions in complete control. Little hiccups are part n parcel of house selling journey. But when we find a person who helps with smile breaks lots of locks and smoothen journey.
I convincingly recommend Sunil Tyagi sir for any property sell, purchase, renting solutions in crossing republic, Ghaziabad. I'm confident he'll give his level best services.
