For maintaining transperancy there is no substitute of sharing the info.

There can be issue in sharing unaudited financial but audited financials with annexures should be shared in public domain.

Thanks team Croma. Small submission for point no. 1.  There was voting done to publish a/c statements and the present members had unanimously decided to share this with all the members annually via email.

In case the above is not being actioned, I request CROMA to provide me with a copy of audited financials for last fiscal year and a copy of unaudited statement for the current year up to the date it's available.

Dear CROMA Members,

I would like to thank all those members who took time off to attend the Extraordinary General Body Meeting on 20th Dec 2015. The meeting was supposed to start at 1:00 PM but due to non-availability of right quorum, the meeting was adjourned for next 30 minutes and then the meeting started at 1:30 PM. The following points were discussed in the meeting:

1)     Publishing the accounts statement as of 30th Nov 2015: The CROMA Treasurer has presented the audited accounts book for 2014-15 and unaudited accounts book for 2015-16. Total amount in the CROMA ICICI Bank (Litigation Fund) is approx.  Rs. 1 Lacs and in the Bank of Baroda Bank is approx. 5 Lacs. The report is available with Treasurer and it can be seen by any CROMA Members by requesting President and General Secretary in writing.

2)     Update on the Charter of Demand including the accomplishment/achievement of the CROMA for township welfare and future planning: The General Secretary of CROMA presented the report on the Charter of Demand including accomplishment and achievement of the CROMA for the township welfare and told the member that Governing Body is rigorously following up on the common issues of the township. The following key points are in pipeline on which CROMA is working to close it on priority:

3)     CROMA Team will follow up with CIPL for CROMA office space so that any Notice or circular can be paste over there.

4)     CROMA Team will follow up with PNB Bank for ATM to be operational for 24 X 7.

5)     Follow up with CIPL for cleanliness in the township to be done by CROMA Team.

6)     CROMA Team will follow up with CIPL to provide a Dog's corner for (PEE and PU).

7)     Follow up to put yellow strips in the divider in Shahberi Village.

8)     Follow up for installing Gates at entry and exit gate at different entry and exit points of township.

9)     CROMA Team will follow up with CIPL to ensure that Auto Rickshaw to stand out of township.

10)  Align a meeting with DDG Telecom with the help of Mr. Santosh Tyagi of Assotech.

11)  Follow up with CIPL for completion Village Road connectivity. (It has also discussed that TMC should be stopped, if required.)

12)  Follow up with GDA for putting up signages of CROSSING REPUBLIK at NH-24 and Noida Extension side.

13)  CROMA Team has to follow up with different hospitals and government medical agencies to put 3 Ambulances in Crossings Republik Township.

14)  Follow up with CMO – Ghaziabad for medical services in Crossings Republik Township.

15)  Follow up for Play area to be provided by CIPL and Green Belt should be kept as Green belt, it should not be used for play area.

16)  Follow up with CIPL to remove encroachment at morning walker track of Golf Club.

17)  Follow up with DM and different government agencies for putting up one Fire Station in Crossings Republik Township.

18)  Follow up for Drafting and Executing Lift Act in Ghaziabad.

19)  GBM has passed a resolution to buy four (4) e-Rickshaw which will run in Crossings Republik Township in Clock wise and Anti-Clock Wise and the fare should be minimum Rs.5/- per person per round. The running model needs to be framed by CROMA Team.

20)  Different Rediwalas should be removed from the road connecting Shahberi and NH-24.

21)  CROMA Team to follow up with CIPL to build common toilets in different places in Crossing Republik Township.

22)  CROMA Team to follow up with CIPL for proper cleaning of Toilets in Galleria Market.

23)  CROMA Team to follow up to check that STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) is connected to different Societies in Crossings Republik Township.

24)  CROMA Team to follow up with CIPL to provide a complaint center which will be operated 24 X 7.

25)  CROMA Team will check the U-Turn in front of Assotech and Prateek society which is causing problem there.
