[CROMA] Break Down of Electrical Equipment

Dear Sanjeeve,

A million thanks to your team for the hard work they are pouring in for the breakdown maintenace to restore the Electric Supply of this Township. It would be great if you could enlighten us with the reason and what are your plans for the comming Summer.

It is said that Electrical equipment failures account for most such breakdowns. As CIPL Electrical Infrastructure continue to age, this problem is only going to worsen unless active steps are taken to counter the trend.

Ironically, more than two-thirds of electrical system failures can be  prevented by a routine preventive maintenance program. The failure rate of electrical equipment is three times higher for components that are not part of a scheduled preventive maintenance program as compared with those that are. In addition, a planned Electrical Preventive Maintenance program allows the equipment owner to schedule the system outage at a time of their choice rather than having to correct major problems resulting from an always untimely failure.

Please delight us with your scheduled preventive maintenace program you have planned for the CIPL Electrical Infrastructure and enlighten us with your experience  what recommended maintenace practices you prescribe to respective Apartments Infrastructure like Cables, Switchgears( Enclousures, Insulators, SupportsConnectors, Conductors) , Aircircuit Breakers (Insulation, Contacts, Arc Interrupters,  Auxiliary Devices)  Oil Circuit Breakers , Molded-Case Circuit Breakers, Safety, Cables and Bus, Transformers (Oil Level, and its other maintenance)

It would be very helpful if you could plan a monthly meet to share best maintenace pratices to the electrical staff of all apartment in Crossing Republik.

looking forward to hear from you.
