If you have moved in recently..as in if your apts is less than 12 months old then the builder has to do it...else i doubt the builder will take the onus of it. You need to get this done on your own.

Hi All,I have a flat in GH-7. Just want to know if anyone has faced seepage problems in the walls in their flat. Is it responsibility of maintenance people to rectify the issue or do i need to hire any private contractor to get it rectified? Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks,Rohit
