I am attaching herewith one Blank Form 6 & one filled in form 6 as sample. Please note following

 

1.         Use only attached form as they are not accepting the other forms downloaded from net.
2.         Complete form need to be filled in Hindi Only
3.         Two copy of Photograph is required, one need to be pasted at the given place and other need to be stapled on top of form.
4.         Write your contact no. on top o0f the form, so that in case of any confusion they can contact you.
5.         In the Age column you are required to mention no. of completed year and completed month as on 1^st Jan 2012. Please also mention your date of birth below that.
6.         Alongwith form you are required to submit ID Proof & Address Proof. In address proof you can give Copy of Gas connection card, Telephone Bill, Bank Passbook / statement, Passport or in case of non availability of these, they are also accepting copy of Possession letter.

 

In case of any confusion please keep the column blank and fill that at the time of submission after consulting the BLO.

 

Place for submission : Form need to be submitted at Dundahera Aanganwadi School. For reaching this school, take left turn towards noida on NH 24, after crossing Masjid you have to get down on 2^nd road on your left. After getting down from NH there is one crossing inside village take right from there, at corner there is a small temle. Total distance from NH - Approx. 100 mtr.

It is very easy, please take the printout of the Form-6 from http://www.ceouttarpradesh.nic.in/ site and fill it and submit it to Premlata along with your ID Proof and Address Proof. Once the name will be added in the Voter list, you will be informed about the Voter I Card to collect it from Premlata again.

If CROMA can organise a camp like earlier will be helpful for many of the residents of Crossing.

[CROMA] After National Green Tribunal order, Noida builders stop construction-Another problem for already booked and project pending

National Green Tribunal has pronounced the order for stoppage of use of underground water for construction purposes.


Just sharing the below news of India express dated 12.01.2013 14.01.2013 as the same might affect pending construction work at Crossings Republik as well . As per information sources CIPL also received notice from govt. authorities on this front.
