This needs to be sorted out as we are already paying very high maintenance charges.

I think they already deduct rs 23 daily as common elec charges .. Is this additional ?

Hi All,
 
I happened to see a notice in Mahagun Mascot notice boards today regarding some charges payable by July 15th, 2012 towards common areas electricity and power back up usage. Any one have any idea why these charges are payable, if at all?
Shouldn't the monthly maintenance payabel to CSK cover this already? As it is the electricity charges are exorbitant and now this additional charge. Has any body already paid up this charge?
