[CROMA] SUPREME COURT ORDER ON BUILDERS PETITION ON DUMPYARD

 

Hi,

The court order pertaining to Ansals/Crossings Infra for Dumping Ground was listed on 23rd July and below mentioned is the order.

This means that Respondents i.e. GDA, State of U.P. need to file their counter affidavit i.e. reply to the Petition of builders as last opportunity and court has adjourned the matter for 29.08.2012
