Hello,
I have just shifted to crossings in month of october and found that my RO Water Purifier System is not working properly.
I asked the mantainance office but they told me that RO is not taken care by them as it was installed by the builder. My flat is in Gaur Tower but i dont have any contact no. of any official whom i can contact , also i an not sure if they will entertain any complaint regarding this.
I called private plumber he told me that one of membrane in RO system is missing , he says there should be 4 but there are only 3 and the new one will cost Rs1600/-. Also there is extra membrane provide in USHA brita spares but plumer says it appears to be old though it is sealed.
I dont understand should i believe the plumber or should i contact USHA Brita complaint cell. If any one has faced any such problem Pls let me know , also pls let me know any contact no. for RO problems.
