I saw today the security barricade for 8-10 AM window on the road adjoining to proview laboni which goes towards pulia. ONLY 1 of 10 was able to give due respect to the security barricade and rest all were able to make way through it after 1-2 minute arugment with the security guards. I thought it was one of the steps to curb the traffic mess at pulia.
