Hi everybody

No Union can be founded without a leader or maybe few Leaders.
I am sure people doing these jobs are just followers and there must be one or not more than two individuals among them who must have started this idea and after tasting few successes they have become fearless i.e by threatening a outsider or even getting work and paid as per wish by the Crossings Residents although when they have already refused to do work of one or may be many among us....

Solution  Shorcut...I support Rana Ji...but kaan ke neeche  dene padenge lekin inke leaderon ke....find the Leaders..can be easily found out if we just be slight friendly with them and one of them will definately tgive you the lead.....then throw them out.... bar them from even entering inside...stick there posters on entrances....issue directions to guards make guards responsible....or last if not least charge them with theft...involve police....thats it....but be cautious people of such strata can be harmful also.....So just take care....
