Even though nothing of such has happened with me but still this is incorrect and need to be checked immediately. Also not sure who and how were the rates for car cleaning were decided. They are higher than what they actuaLly should be. The similar is the case with maids. I have recently moved to GGV so still need to sort of get hang of things but these are a little awkward.
