Is it possible to rope in some agency which provides such services??.....I am sure there must be many agencies which provide man power for such works like in malls, shopping complex etc. where the man power for such work is hired centrally and the agency is responsible for there fees, complaints and standards of work done.
Although it will require great effort to get everybody under same thought process....but these minor irritants can really give headache if not handled properly. As there will be people who will be ready to throw money to these workers to get their work done properly and on time due to their time or job constraints setting a wrong precedent and making it more difficult for other people who would like to fight it out rather than surrendering in front of such arm twisting tactics.
