Hello Ayush,
I have brand new 3BHK which i can let out at the rent of 2BHK. Its in main crossing infra, on 9th floor, 1725sq ft, pool/park facing corner flat with 3 balconies and 2 washroom/toilets.
I am out of India but my friend has keys who lives in Indirapuram.
I dont know whats a rent going on for 2BHK but give me any reasonable rent and i would be ok.
Flat has wooden floor in master bedroom, has RO fitted in kitchen. But no woodwork. But if you really want a wall cupboards (Almaries) [wooden or iron ] i can provide you. Also, i can provide you grill door at the main gate. So if you go for it then i can ask my friend to finish these in 1 weekend and u can move on next Monday after that.

I need a 2BHK apartment for rent. I need it from 1st November. I am Ok if some can wants to rent out their apartment early. I can take it from 20th Oct(Saturday) as well.
