It is very easy, please take the printout of the Form-6 from http://www.ceouttarpradesh.nic.in/ site and fill it and submit it to Premlata along with your ID Proof and Address Proof. Once the name will be added in the Voter list, you will be informed about the Voter I Card to collect it from Premlata again.

as per circular I have tried to apply through online registration but its not getting uploaded.

Alternatively hard copy can be submitted to BLO, can any one provide the detail of office of BLO for crossing. As per website its Anganwadi, Dundahera. Can anyone tell where it is and how to reach there

As per circular special drive will be carried out by BLO on 14th & 21st Oct, as last date for application is 30th Oct 12.

If CROMA can organise a camp like earlier will be helpful for many of the residents of Crossing.
