Re: [CROMA] BSNL Bill

 

Following are the numbers of the concerned:

For billing/connection initiation:

1. Kamal Singh - 09412774410
2. Mr. Rao  - 09412774495. He is Kamal's boss. His alternate number is 9582360625. He is very customer oriented and will get things done in case problems are faced due to #1.

For connectivity/exchange related issues:

3. Mr. Shan- 09412774539. He is a pleasant guy to talk to and is generally very fast. 
4. Mr. Shakya -09412739043. I have not spoken to him yet. He is the SDO, stationed at Nehru Ngr., Gzb.

My overall experience with BSNL is good; albeit in a different circle.

Hello everyone in crome ...I recently had my bsnl landline installed at my residence and got my first bill..they added some previous balance of 919 which is not correct so can anyone tell who is the bsnl person incharge in crossing..Thankyou in advance for your help..
