if you are moving from Noida to Ghaziabad you don't need to surrender the cylinder...just go with the original gas paper to your existing vendor and he will issue the transfer paper which you can submit to kamla gas agency in nehru nagar

Some pointers :
1. First you need to surrender your cylinders @ previous location ( bharat vendor )
2. Fill the transfer form and submit to new bharat vendor
3. Get reissued those cylinders from new bharat vendor

Its kamla gas agency in Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad. You have to go there to get it transferred
